Appointments may be made during working hours on Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. Call (212) 263-6362. Scheduled office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays. The secretary will request your name, and telephone number, how you were referred to our office, and ask you to bring pertinent laboratory and/or x-ray and sonogram reports. She will inquire regarding your health insurance and explain the office policies regarding billing. |
